We are OPEN and here to provide excellent health care services for your pet.
Animal Health Center follows the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association (WVMA) guidance for COVID-19 cleaning protocol to assure the best protection for our doctors, staff, patients and clients.
Appointments
One pet parent may accompany their pet inside the clinic for their appointment. We ask that you wear a mask inside the clinic for the duration of your pet’s appointment.
Curbside Service is also available for your pet’s appointment for those that prefer it. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please park and call us from your car at 920-261-4020. Make sure your dog is leashed and your cat is in a carrier and one of our team members will come to get your pet and discuss your pet’s health concerns. We’ll be wearing our masks and request that you do the same.
Dr. Gooch or a certified technician will call you either during or after the exam to discuss findings, answer questions, etc.
Our awesome reception team will check you out and take payment over the phone. Your pet and any necessary products will be brought back out to your car.
Medication & Food
Please call ahead or use the Request a Refill form on our website. We will notify you when your order is ready and will bring it to your vehicle when you arrive.
Mask Policy
The CDC’s current mask recommendations for individuals that have received the COVID-19 vaccination may cause confusion as to when and where masks are required.
We want to emphasize that at this point, our policies have not changed. Regardless of vaccination status, we still require the use of masks by all team members as well as clients.
The safety of our clients and our teams continues to be our main priority. We are committed to keeping our clinic open in a safe manner for everyone.
If you have any questions about our policies, please contact us.
Services Offered
We are able to see all appointment types from wellness visits to nail trims to surgeries, including spays and neuters, and have plenty of treats and hugs for our furry patients. Pet owners are encouraged to keep pets current on vaccinations and preventatives.
We are here to help keep your pet healthy and happy. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate the best way to accommodate the needs of our patients as well as protect the safety of our clients and team members. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Warm Regards,
