I really enjoyed coming to your center for the first time. I was there for just about an hour and it was a nice experience. Most other vets I have gone to got me in and out on the first visit but I truly felt like you cared for the well being of my pet while I was there. I would recommend you to many. thank you for all you do!

You guys are the best – a perfect 10 out 10. Dr. Gooch and his staff are always VERY caring and explain everything in great detail. Frankly, in terms of one-on-one time and detailed explanations, I believe that our cats get better individualized health care from Dr. Gooch and his staff than most human patients probably get from their primary care providers. The front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly. I never have to wait long in the lobby; in fact, the last couple of visits actually started a few minutes earlier than scheduled.

The vet techs are extremely professional and I truly get the sense that they remember my pets’ different histories and see my pets as part of their extended family. Dr. Gooch is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and explains complex ideas and terminology in a very understandable way, using just the right amount of humor to lighten the mood, when appropriate. Calls are always returned in a timely manner. Visits are scheduled extremely promptly, especially when an unexpected health care need arises. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences taking our pet cats to Animal Health Center.

Having gotten to know Dr. Gooch and his staff over the past several years as such nice people, now I’d have to say that I would probably go visit them even if we didn’t have pets!

There isn’t a person or your staff that I don’t look forward to working with, and you create an environment that both Arlo and I feel very comfortable in. Arlo loves coming to the vet, and I know it is because of how well you treat him.

The staff was kind, friendly, and made my puppy feel very comfortable. He enjoyed his visit, and didn’t even notice that he had received two vaccines!
